Techcrunch’s Mike Arrington has a podcast of a conversation he and Steve Gillmor had with Kevin about the soon to be released to beta Adobe Apollo. It’s a good conversation about the combination of new and existing technology that will make up Apollo. They also do a great job of explaining how Adobe is positioning Apollo as a tool to bring the advantages of web applications to the desktop.

Sometime last night “the spammers” went overboard in their eagerness to add their garbage… err.. comments to this blog. It got so bad that Dreamhost, who host andrewlucking.com, felt it necessary to take the site offline.
This afternoon I managed to resuscitate things somewhat. The first step was an update to the Wordpress install which (in combination with Askimet) should allow me to better deal with “the spammers”.
While things look “different” everything should be working again. I expect to be working on updating the theme as time permits - hopefully those tweaks won’t break too much. If you come across anything that isn’t working maybe you could let me know in the comments on this post.
